In the unlikely event of a challenge to our promotional processes, Dr. Fields will be available to assist with any internal administrative or legal challenges to the job analyses or exams. Dr. Fields is an expert in testing and the law and has never received a successful challenge to her exams. Dr. Fields has served as an expert witness for many clients and has successfully supported management’s selection and promotion decisions.
